Bulk Account Import Template
To upload multiple accounts simultaneously, add the accounts into the template below. Then, in the portal, use the "Upload Accounts in Bulk" feature to drop the completed spreadsheet into the "Account Uploader".

I USED TO GET REPORTS SENT TO ME EVERY MONTH, CAN I STILL GET THAT INFORMATION?
Yes, all the information that was previously supplied in our monthly status reports is now available through our client portal. For more information on the reports available, view our video above or download our portal guide.
I’M HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN?
Make sure that you are using the login information that was supplied by MCB. The fields are case sensitive. If you continue to have issues please contact us.
HOW DO I ADD ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION FOR AN ACCOUNT I’VE ALREADY SUBMITTED?
Find the account in the system using the search bar. Select the account name. Once selected, you can upload documentation regarding the account by selecting “Upload Files”. Choose a file from your computer, supply a brief explanation of the document, and click Upload Files.
I'VE BEEN CONTACTED ABOUT AN ACCOUNT I'VE SUBMITTED TO MCB. WHAT DO I DO?
